Annulment policy
- 30% non-refundable payment is required at booking
- The rest of the payment is required upon check-in
- If canceled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no further fee will be charged;
- In case of cancellation or change of the reservation later than 3 days before the date of arrival or no-show, a penalty of one night will be charged;
- In case of non-arrival, a penalty of one night will be charged.
